姜蔥炒雞的做法:

準備適量雞肉、適量姜、適量蔥、適量生抽、適量老抽、適量糖、適量鹽、適量蒜香;先將適量姜切成片狀,將適量蔥切成小段;往油鍋中加入適量油,將切好的蔥、姜倒入油鍋中爆炒;30秒后將準備好的雞肉倒入油鍋中翻炒;當雞肉炒到變色時,往油鍋中加入適量生抽、老抽、糖,再進行翻炒;將油鍋火候改成中火,蓋上蓋子燜2分鐘;2分鐘后掀開鍋蓋,往油鍋中加入適量蒜香,再調大火進行翻炒;30秒后再往雞肉上撒上適量鹽,并翻炒使鹽擴散開即可出鍋。
